The current COVID-19 pandemic is a threat to the health and well-being of everyone. The virus that has attacked more than 200 countries globally has also created major impacts in the social and economic life.
Preventing the transmission of COVID-19 by adopting safe and hygienic behaviors and practices is critical in combating this pandemic, among others is making hand washing with soap a habit.
Hand washing with soap has proven to be one of the most effective and affordable ways to improve health and save lives by preventing infections.
The availability and accessibility of hand washing facilities with clean water and soap in communities, schools, public areas, marketplaces, work places, and health care facilities are critical to prevent human-to-human transmission of COVID-19.
